A while back a teacher at work told me about this recipe on yumsugar.com. I was quite intrigued as the recipe consisted green tea. I’m a total green tea fanatic. I’ll go crazy over anything green tea. After having bought the mochiko (mochi flour) and having sit on the shelf for the last couple of months, I figured I should at least give it a try. I was a bit hesitant to start because I wasn’t sure if it was going to turn out as promised on the website. Anyways, I gave a go and it actually turned out okay! I was quite happy with the results and it tasted not-too-bad either. For those of you who are interested, here’s the recipe.
